A growing, international fintech organisation is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to join its Professional Services team. The Opportunities
- Lead software implementation projects for sophisticated financial services clients, managing delivery from initial requirements gathering through to go-live and ongoing optimisation.
- Work closely with client stakeholders, product teams, and internal delivery functions to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end software implementation projects, from pre-sales support through to final delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders across business and technology teams.
- Collaborate with Professional Services, Client Success, and Product teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Coordinate and manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are achieved.
- Contribute to product development initiatives, including feature design, testing, and sprint planning.
- Support clients post-implementation and gather requirements for future enhancements.
- Provide product and solution consulting support to sales and business development teams.
Required Experience & Skills
- 7+ years' experience in customer-facing implementation, consulting, project management, or software delivery roles.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships across varying levels of seniority.
- Strong project management and governance experience.
- Advanced SQL and Excel skills.
- Experience producing high-quality solution documentation and client-facing deliverables.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated adaptability, resilience, and a growth mindset.
