Company Overview
Our client is an established international professional services firm supporting Private Equity and Real Estate managers with SPV and corporate services. From offices in London and Luxembourg, the business provides ongoing support across:
- SPV maintenance and reporting
- Accounting and financial statements
- Tax compliance and filings
- Company secretarial and domiciliation services
- ID/KYC and governance support
The firm has a strong reputation in Real Estate, working with a high-quality client base, and is actively expanding its Private Equity offering. The platform is institutionally backed and in a clear growth phase, with long-term ambitions to scale.
The Role
This is a senior, front-office business development role with full ownership of commercial activity across Private Markets. The successful hire will act as the primary driver of new business, leveraging an existing network to originate mandates and grow the firm’s presence with GPs, sponsors, and decision-makers.
The role is entrepreneurial in nature - effectively running BD as a business within the business. While cold outreach will be part of the role, there is meaningful internal support, warm introductions (particularly from Luxembourg), and an established client base to build from. Over time, this individual will be expected to build and lead a BD function, hiring and developing a team as the company grows.
What They Are Looking For
- A senior BD professional (not junior) with proven experience selling services into Private Equity and/or Real Estate.
- A well-established personal network (“black book”) that can be activated immediately.
- Background in fund administration, SPV services, corporate services, or adjacent professional services.
- Credible and confident engaging CFOs, General Counsel, Partners, and Founders.
- Commercially driven, resilient, and comfortable operating with autonomy.
- International mindset, with experience selling cross-border solutions from a London/Luxembourg platform.
- Entrepreneurial profile motivated by building something rather than inheriting a mature sales engine.
