We’re partnering with a growing international software business operating in the energy, commodities, and financial markets space to hire a Revenue Operations Manager. This is a high-impact role sitting at the centre of the commercial organisation, helping to drive operational efficiency, forecasting accuracy, reporting, and scalable revenue growth. This role would suit someone who enjoys building structure, improving processes, and turning commercial data into actionable insight across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.
The Opportunity
As Revenue Operations Manager, you’ll take ownership of the systems, reporting, and operational processes that support the full customer lifecycle. You’ll work closely with commercial leadership to improve visibility across pipeline performance, forecasting, customer retention, and overall revenue operations. This is a hands‑on role with significant influence across CRM strategy, automation, analytics, and commercial governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the company’s revenue operations processes and KPI framework
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting across Salesforce and Power BI
- Support forecasting cycles and improve pipeline visibility and forecast accuracy
- Analyse funnel performance, conversion trends, and operational bottlenecks
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams to improve lead‑to‑cash workflows
- Drive process optimisation and automation across commercial operations
- Manage customer satisfaction and NPS programmes, translating feedback into actionable insights
- Support pricing governance, deal reviews, and commercial reporting
- Help improve operational alignment across invoicing, renewals, and revenue tracking
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar commercial operations role
- Strong understanding of forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue analytics
- Advanced Salesforce experience, including reporting, dashboards, workflow management, and CRM administration
- Ability to own Salesforce CRM front‑to‑back as the internal Salesforce Administrator and subject matter expert
- Experience building reporting and dashboards in Power BI
- Comfortable working cross‑functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
- Experience improving operational processes and implementing automation
- Strong analytical and communication skills with a commercial mindset
- A proactive, hands‑on approach with the ability to build structure in a scaling environment
