An expanding institutional prime services business is seeking an experienced Capital Introduction professional to join its growing team in London. The role will focus on supporting hedge fund clients with strategic investor introductions across a broad institutional allocator landscape, whilst helping further build and scale the firm’s capital introduction offering globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors including hedge funds, family offices, asset managers, sovereign wealth funds and pension allocators.
  • Partner closely with hedge fund clients to understand strategy, positioning, performance and fundraising objectives.
  • Originate and facilitate high-quality investor introductions across multiple strategies and asset classes.
  • Work alongside Prime Brokerage, Sales and Senior Leadership teams to support broader client growth initiatives.
  • Advise emerging and established hedge funds on market positioning, investor appetite and fundraising strategy.
  • Coordinate investor events, roadshows and strategic networking opportunities.
  • Maintain strong oversight of market trends, allocator activity and hedge fund industry developments.

Requirements

  • Approximately 10+ years of experience within Capital Introduction, Prime Brokerage, Investor Relations or Hedge Fund Coverage.
  • Strong existing network across institutional allocators and the hedge fund ecosystem.
  • Good understanding of hedge fund strategies, market structure and institutional fundraising processes.
  • Commercially driven with strong relationship management and communication skills.
  • Experience operating within a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to help scale a growing platform.
