A growing, international fintech organisation is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to join its Professional Services team. The Opportunities

As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you will lead software implementation projects for sophisticated financial services clients, managing delivery from initial requirements gathering through to go-live and ongoing optimisation. You'll work closely with client stakeholders, product teams, and internal delivery functions to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end software implementation projects, from pre-sales support through to final delivery
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders across business and technology teams
  • Collaborate with Professional Services, Client Success, and Product teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Coordinate and manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are achieved
  • Contribute to product development initiatives, including feature design, testing, and sprint planning
  • Support clients post-implementation and gather requirements for future enhancements
  • Provide product and solution consulting support to sales and business development teams

Required Experience & Skills

  • 7+ years' experience in customer-facing implementation, consulting, project management, or software delivery roles
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships across varying levels of seniority
  • Strong project management and governance experience
  • Advanced SQL and Excel skills
  • Experience producing high-quality solution documentation and client-facing deliverables
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated adaptability, resilience, and a growth mindset
