A growing, international fintech organisation is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to join its Professional Services team. This is an opportunity to work with leading global investment firms, delivering enterprise SaaS solutions and helping clients maximise value from technology implementations.
As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you will lead software implementation projects for sophisticated financial services clients, managing delivery from initial requirements gathering through to go-live and ongoing optimisation. You'll work closely with client stakeholders, product teams, and internal delivery functions to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Lead end-to-end software implementation projects, from pre-sales support through to final delivery
- Collaborate with Professional Services, Client Success, and Product teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Coordinate and manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are achieved
- Support clients post-implementation and gather requirements for future enhancements
- Provide product and solution consulting support to sales and business development teams
Requirements:
- 7+ years' experience in customer-facing implementation, consulting, project management, or software delivery roles
- Strong project management and governance experience
- Advanced SQL and Excel skills
- Experience producing high-quality solution documentation and client-facing deliverables
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience within asset management, investment management, capital markets, or financial services environments
- Knowledge of SaaS platforms and cloud-based software solutions
