Job Description
Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join their Sales and Business Development team in London. This role involves identifying, marketing to, and onboarding new clients, as well as strengthening existing strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate should have some knowledge of financial markets, particularly securities financing, and will be responsible for promoting the platform to a wide range of institutions across EMEA, collaborating with colleagues in New York and Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients, focusing on the repo market in EMEA.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities, engaging directly with clients, providing platform demos, and navigating procurement processes.
- Foster and deepen strategic relationships with current clients to ensure mutual success.
- Cross-sell the product offerings, with a primary focus on repo, while also promoting adjacent products.
- Participate in regular internal sales meetings and calls with the wider team.
Qualifications:
- 1 – 3 years experience in a client-facing role, preferably within a Sales/ Relationship Management/ Business development position within a financial services firm.
- Strong preference for exposure to financial markets, especially Repo/ Fixed Income/ Securities Finance/
