Your focus will be on ensuring a seamless client experience and supporting the firm's business strategy through process excellence and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take the lead in streamlining workflows, supporting technology enhancements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across multiple business units.
  • Identify and resolve ambiguous or non-standard issues, assess operational risk, determine root causes, and implement solutions.
  • Collaborate with a wide range of internal stakeholders—from front office to infrastructure teams—as well as with clients and external market participants.
  • Support knowledge sharing and process improvement specifically for commodities clearing, with a focus on the European Power and Gas markets.
  • Establish and maintain effective, scalable processes to deliver superior client service in the region.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong understanding of derivatives clearing operations, including front-to-back process knowledge across systems, instruments, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Specific expertise in Power and Gas markets within Europe is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and deliver in high-stakes environments, managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Commercial acumen with an understanding of how operational changes affect business outcomes and risk profiles.
  • A collaborative leader and culture carrier who can inspire teams and align efforts to broader organizational values.
  • A minimum of 6 years' relevant experience in operations within a financial services setting.
