I'm currently working with a highly respected and growing independent accountancy practice in Coventry that's looking to appoint an experienced Senior Accountant to join their expanding team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys the technical side of practice but is looking to move away from spending every day producing accounts. Instead, you'll play a key role reviewing work, supporting junior staff and ensuring clients receive the highest quality service

You'll become a trusted technical expert within the team, taking ownership of reviewing work before it reaches clients. Alongside this, you'll mentor junior accountants, help develop their technical abilities and work closely with management to maintain exceptional standards across the departm

ent.
