Chef / Café Kitchen Manager Bromsgrove | £32,000 – £35,000 Trevor James Recruitment are currently working with a fantastic café business in Bromsgrove who are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Chef to take full ownership of their food offering.
This is a great opportunity for a Chef who wants more than just turning up, cooking the same menu and going home.
You will have full responsibility for the food operation , from menu planning and food preparation through to maintaining quality and developing the offering.
There is plenty of scope for the successful Chef to put their own stamp on the café, introduce new ideas and develop the menu based on customer demand.
There will also be opportunities to introduce theme nights, special events and new food concepts , giving you the freedom to be creative and make the role your own.
