Central London – £70k - £80k + benefits

Trevett Services are delighted to be partnering with a leading Service Provider to source an M&E Senior Project Manager for central London. Working on a portfolio of Listed buildings, the Senior Project Manager will lead on the delivery of M&E Installation Projects, Building Services Lifecycle Projects, and Minor Fabric Projects as well as managing external supply chain. Projects typically range in value from £50k – £2m and will require detailed stakeholder management.

This role would suit a Senior Project Manager with experience of delivering multiple time and financially intricate projects.

  • You will have a proven track record of delivering M&E projects (essential)
  • Experience of working with Listed Buildings (desirable)
  • Experience of managing a complex array of stakeholders (essential)
  • Hold a valid SMSTS card (essential)
  • Hold a valid CSCS card (essential)
  • Be 1st Aid Trained (essential)
