A M&E Technical Contract Manager within the Facilities Management sector is required for a fast-growing SME who provide top-tier engineering services to premier data centers and commercial facilities globally. This role is paying £75k inclusive.

Despite the rapid advancement of technology and the evolution of building infrastructures, it is the leadership and personal contributions of their engineering team that they value above all else. As the M&E FM Contract Manager, you will manage and control the overall operational and commercial elements across your dedicated contract, encompassing the maintenance and repair of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) equipment across the client portfolio.

Your primary responsibility is to ensure the correct and efficient operation of all assets while maintaining records in compliance with operational, regulatory, and statutory requirements. Delivering exceptional, world-class service, fostering full confidence from FM clients and team members, and leading innovation to continually enhance service delivery is essential.

Daily communication with clients and team members is essential, as is the ability to collate and present accurate monthly reports, manage the commercial value of the contract, and drive profitability across your given client site or portfolio.

  • Years of Experience: FM experience 2-5 years experience within a similar Operational Management position
  • Desirable Qualifications: Recognised qualification in either of the following: Electrical (BS th Edition), Electrical (C&G2391 Inspection and Testing), C&G Mechanical & HVAC
