Job Description Role: Electrical Shift Engineer
Shift Pattern: Shifts 12 hour basis.
Type: Permanent
Trevett Servicesare currently searching for Electrical Shift Engineers onapermanent basis, to work in a
Data Centre environment , starting as soon as possible based in Longcrosswith one of the UK's leading Globalcommercial real estate services & investment companies. Duties:
- Complete PPM, reactive maintenance and keep all built electrical systems running.
- React to BMS alarms and compete emergency repairs.
- Installation and modification of site electrical services.
- Fault finding and rectification of heating, ventilation and air conditioning issues.
- Operation and trouble shooting of emergency lighting, BMS, AC System, VAV, Split Systems, AHU's, Generators, heating systems and HV Systems (training given).
- Monitor Fire systems and alert supervisor on changes to status.
- Check BMS alarm conditions and respond to HVAC related problems.
Requirements
- Former experience in a Building Services Critical environment.
- City & Guilds qualification Level 3 Electrical/ Maintenance.
- 18th Edition IEE
- HV Approved Person would be beneficial (Training is offered to be HVAP).
- HVAC Experience.
- BMS Knowledge.
- Be able to present information clearly back to peers and management.
- Experienced with working in a critical environment / data center is ideal.
