Birmingham 2–3 Week Contract £270 per day (CIS)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to support a short-term fit out project based within a live airport environment in Birmingham. This is an immediate requirement offering 2–3 weeks’ work, ideal for somebody with previous fit out experience who is confident managing works within live and operational environments.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing day-to-day site activities and subcontractors
- Managing health & safety and ensuring site compliance at all times
- Coordinating fit out works to programme deadlines
- Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks and progress updates
- Liaising with project teams and stakeholders on site
- Maintaining quality standards throughout delivery
Requirements
- Previous Site Manager experience within fit out / refurbishment projects
- Experience working in live environments is desirable
- SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- First Aid at Work
- Previous airport experience or DBS clearance would be advantageous, however not essential
