Freelance Site Project Manager

Location: Staines

Rate: £350.00 a day Ltd / CIS

Start: Mid June

Duration: 8–12 Weeks

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Site Project Manager to support the delivery of a CAT A refurbishment project in Staines, including the installation of VRF air conditioning systems. This is an 8–12 week programme with day-to-day site attendance required, overseeing works through delivery and ensuring programme, quality and site standards are maintained throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day management of site activities and subcontractors
  • Overseeing CAT A refurbishment works and VRF AC installation package
  • Managing programme, quality and health & safety on site
  • Coordinating trades and ensuring works progress in line with programme
  • Client and stakeholder liaison throughout delivery
  • Managing site documentation, reporting and progress updates
  • Ensuring works are delivered safely and to required standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience delivering CAT A refurbishment projects
  • Experience managing mechanical packages / HVAC / VRF installations preferred
  • Strong subcontractor and programme management experience
  • SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid required
  • Able to manage live site activities and maintain project momentum
  • Immediate availability for a mid-June start preferred
