Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10am - 7pm

Role Purpose
The Fabric Technician will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works to the building fabric and associated assets within a university hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out PPM and reactive fabric maintenance across the site
- Undertake minor installation, repair and other internal works such as:
- Fire Door PPM's
- Door maintenance and repairs
- Window repairs
- Floor repairs
- Wall repair and patch work
- Painting and Decorating
Qualifications and Competencies
- Fabric Engineering Trained/ Certified
- Hold a CURRENT Basic DBS
- Health & safety training
- Power tool use trained
- Physically capable of working at height, in confined spaces and carrying tools and materials up to 25kg

- Gloves
