An M&E Mobile experienced Contracts Manager is required to take ownership of a portfolio of building services maintenance contracts across London and the South East. This is a senior, client-facing role combining operational leadership, commercial responsibility and people management.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, compliant and profitable services while developing strong client relationships and leading engineering teams to perform at their best. This role suits an individual who takes ownership, leads from the front and enjoys balancing operational delivery with client engagement and team development.

As the M&E Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the mobilisation, delivery, P&L, and performance of multiple contracts. To manage routine planned maintenance works, subcontractors, and client relationships, ensuring high standards and profitability. You will also lead a team of engineers, supporting their development and ensuring smooth operations across sites.

A highly experienced, perhaps locally (Slough/Berkshire) based Manager is required with a real can do attitude who wants to be able to implement changes and solutions where required to implement a better, more streamlined, personable service. Ideally you will have an M&E qualified background.
