Senior Project Manager
Trevett Services have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a leading FM & building services provider in Derby.
You will play a vital part in overseeing projects from the design phase through to handover.
This is a full time permanent role, paying up to £75,000 per annum in addition to a car allowance and a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager:
- Provide leadership in identifying and specifying project opportunities and in delivering contractual commitments on secured projects.
- Ensure that opportunities for the strategic development of projects are exploited to deliver increased turnover and profitability.
- Deliver projects to completion on time and on budget and to the satisfaction of all parties.
- Identify, reduce and manage all risks (technical, statutory, health and safety, commercial or otherwise) associated with each project.
- Build strong relationships with sub-contractors, particularly preferred suppliers, to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Work with other Operational managers to ensure the collaborative development of the projects business with effective team working and support of colleagues.
- Develop project financial plans for revenue and profit delivery.
Essential experience the Senior Project Manager would need:
- Fully understand CDM.
- Familiar with the RIBA stages.
- Strong client-facing and customer service skills with the ability to cope with demanding and varied customer requirements.
- Track record of successful management and delivery of projects as well as experience of successful partnership.
- Experience building own project pipelines.
- Experience working with manufacturing clients would be desirable.
