The Role
We’re recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading Facilities Management provider delivering projects across a diverse portfolio, including office environments, retail parks, and manufacturing sites.
This is a commercially focused, delivery-led role suited to someone who is confident developing their own projects, building client relationships, pricing works, and seeing projects through from opportunity to completion.
The role is multi-site and requires flexibility to travel where the work and opportunities are.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of projects across multiple sites
- Develop your own project opportunities through client engagement and relationship building
- Price works, prepare quotes and tender submissions
- Deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget
- Act as the key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
- Oversee subcontractors and supply chain partners
- Ensure compliance with H&S, CDM regulations, and company procedures
Projects Include
- General refurbishment works
- Lifecycle replacement projects
- Mechanical and electrical upgrades
- Small to medium-value FM projects across live environments
About You
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within Facilities Management or a similar environment
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to price jobs and win work
- Comfortable managing multiple live projects across different locations
- Confident building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Mechanical or Electrical background preferred
- Willing to travel regularly across the South and Midlands
