Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 + Car Allowance

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a keen eye for detail and quality. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Taking full ownership of interior fit-out projects from handover to final sign-off and aftercare
  • Producing and managing quotations, variations, and financial reporting
  • Leading contractor selection and managing sub-contractors/internal teams
  • Overseeing procurement and supplier coordination
  • Ensuring compliance with all H&S and environmental legislation
  • Mentoring site teams and supporting other departments
  • Attending and contributing to estimating and client handover meetings
  • Coordinating programmes, surveys, audits, sub-contract orders, and design plans
  • Liaising with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Preparing O&M manuals, as-fitted drawings, and managing system commissioning
  • Monitoring and protecting project profitability
