Trevett Services have an exciting freelance opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a specialist electrical subcontractor in Rochester. This is an initial 3 - 6 month refurbishment project in a highly secure environment.
Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager:
- To lead major M&E projects, delivering project solutions to budget, time and quality requirements.
- Take profit and loss responsibility for those projects allocated to you.
- To own each project and delivery with a high degree of attention to design, construction and financial detail.
- Set and manage management and client expectations through clear communications centred around programme/construction programme.
