Join to apply for the Planner Scheduler role at Trevett Project Services.

Location: Camden, London. This is a full-time onsite role, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Base pay range

Salary guide – up to £28,800. Pay is based on skills and experience; speak with your recruiter to learn more.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage engineers’ and sub-contractors’ workload/diaries and allocate work from pre-arranged programmes.
  • Arrange follow-on appointments or re-plan jobs based on capacity, location, or time constraints.
  • Ensure appointments are completed on time; authorise re-scheduling with notes updated and email confirmations.
  • Ensure completed PPM tasks comply with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Plan engineers’ and sub-contractors’ daily routines and deploy orders/jobs for attendance.
  • Manage engineers’ time and prioritise critical works; update job statuses to completion and report productivity.
  • Upload and verify all required certifications; ensure information is available to supervisors for validation.
  • Input appointments into relevant systems/tracker and ensure jobs are attended within specified timescales.
  • Provide engineers with the information required to complete jobs and communicate appointment details to supervisors for verification.
  • Update planned and preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules according to client/engineer data.
  • Respond to queries professionally and handle complaints appropriately.
  • Undertake other duties as required by the manager and the company.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Knowledge of building maintenance services/engineering related to repairs and installations, with experience in social housing contracts and the construction/building services industry.
  • Understanding of responsive repair contracts.
  • Working knowledge of health and safety legislation, regulations, and ACOPs.
  • Knowledge of gas distribution and heating systems in domestic settings.
  • Understanding of contract management and specifications.
