Trevett Services are delighted to be partnering with a leading Tier 1 Contractor to make the key appointment of Mechanical Construction Manager for a large project in Oxfordshire.
Reporting to the Projects Director, the Mechanical Construction Manager will be responsible for managing M&E Subcontractors to undertake Deconstruction / Enabling Works. The Mechanical Construction Manager will work closely with the Principal Contractor, the professional team and other trades to ensure an on-time snag-free project to ensure client satisfaction. Additionally, the Mechanical Construction Manager will manage and administer the project in accordance with the client’s processes and quality assurance documents and procedures.
About you:
- Have previously held a Construction Manager position on large multi-million projects
- Hold current SMSTS or SSSTS and CSCS and 1st Aid Certificates
- Hold a mechanical biased qualification
- Have experience of NEC forms of contract
- Be proficient in the full Microsoft Office package
- Experience of Microsoft packages, in particular, Excel, is essential
