Trevett Services are delighted to be partnering with a leading Maintenance Service Provider to source a Mobilisation Manager. Reporting to the Contracts Director, the Mobilisation Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of new contract mobilisations across London and the Home Counties. Collaboratively working with the Finance and Engineering Teams, the Mobilisation Manager will lead on all new maintenance contracts across a number of sectors to include: Education, Commercial, and Healthcare.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and manage detailed mobilisation plans.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the mobilisation phase.
- Ensure all statutory and regulatory requirements are met.
- Ensure asset data, PPM schedules, and SLAs/KPIs are correctly configured.
About you:
- A proven track record of mobilising Hard Services Contracts.
- Experience working with CAFM systems.
- A technical qualification in Building Services or Engineering (aligned with Hard Services).
- Ideally possessing IOSH / NEBOSH certification.
- Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience.
