Role Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mobile Site Supervisor to join a leading facilities and engineering services provider supporting active MOD sites across Bovington and Poole. This role will involve overseeing engineering service delivery across multiple sites, ensuring maintenance activities, compliance, and operational standards are consistently achieved within secure and highly regulated environments.

The successful candidate will supervise engineering teams and subcontractors, coordinate planned and reactive maintenance works, and act as a key point of contact between engineers, clients, and operational management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise engineering service delivery across multiple MOD sites, ensuring operational continuity and compliance
  • Coordinate engineers and subcontractors carrying out PPM, reactive, remedial, and quoted works
  • Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, and within agreed SLAs
  • Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures and permit-to-work systems
  • Review RAMS and oversee contractor activities on site
  • Support the management of engineering teams including daily coordination and performance monitoring
