We are recruiting for an experienced HVAC / Gas Multi Skilled Engineer to join a growing national engineering team delivering planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial and retail environments. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer with strong commercial gas and HVAC experience looking to join a business that values technical excellence, invests in its people and offers long-term career progression. Working across the Chester and Northwest region, you will be responsible for maintaining critical building services plant, ensuring systems remain safe, compliant and fully operational while delivering an exceptional service to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned maintenance in accordance with SFG20 and contract requirements.
- Service and maintain commercial gas equipment including boilers and heating systems.
- Maintain HVAC equipment including: Air Handling Units (AHUs), Fan Coil Units (FCUs), VRV / VRF systems, Split systems, Pumps, valves, fans and associated plant.
- Diagnose faults across HVAC and commercial gas systems.
- Carry out repairs within agreed service level agreements.
- Minimise downtime.
