Trevett are pleased to be recruiting for a Contracts Manager to deliver the Hard FM Services to a Student Accommodation account with a world-class London University. The client is a specialist M&E Building Services Contractor with the PPM maintenance engineering contract onsite in Central London with a small portfolio of satellite sites. The Contracts Manager will ensure the delivery of the Hard FM Services, taking overall contractual, operational and financial responsibility for these with responsibility for a contract value of £2m - £3m.

Skills Required:

  • Focal to ensuring assigned contracts are provided the existing/needed operational and technical standard of service delivery across all works on site.
  • Ensure, with support from H&S parties, all works on site are delivered in a safe manner with all H&S company protocols adhered, escalating any queries or incidents immediately to internal parties, supporting with required resolution thereafter.
  • Ensure that contracts are operated in accordance with the company's procedures, operational and financial processes, Client Contract KPI's and work instructions.
  • Responsible for the management and reporting of budgets and their expenditure.
  • Ensure all works/records/compliance data are kept up to date.
