Role Overview: Trevett Services are delighted to be partnering with a leading engineering and defence organisation to recruit a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and upkeep of a specialist operational facility in the Highlands of Scotland. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on maintenance professional with building fabric and general maintenance experience to join a highly skilled estates team. You will be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance across a unique and technically advanced environment, ensuring facilities remain safe, compliant and operational. This role is based across sites in Kyle of Lochalsh and Applecross, with travel to other operational locations as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance across commercial buildings and site facilities.
- Complete a wide range of building fabric maintenance including:
- Ceiling tile replacement
- Blind repairs and replacements
- Lock changes
- Minor door repairs
- Drain unblocking
- Descaling works
- Legionella (L8) flushing
- Decorating
- PAT Testing
- Support the delivery of high-quality maintenance services in line with company standards.
