Contracts Manager – Total Facilities Management (TFM) Location: Farnborough, Hampshire Rate: £400 per day Contract: 6 Months – Opportunity to Go Permanent We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to provide short-term support across a large and complex estate in Farnborough. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Contracts Manager with a strong background in Total Facilities Management (TFM) and previous experience working across real estate and estates environments. Initially a 6-month contract, there is an opportunity for the position to develop into a permanent role. The role: * Manage the delivery and performance of TFM contracts across the estate. * Take a commercially focused approach to contract management and service delivery. * Support and manage contract mobilisation, ensuring services are successfully implemented and transitioned. * Manage contractor and supplier performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs. * Monitor contractual and commercial performance, identifying risks and areas for improvement. * Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, service providers and supply-chain partners. * Ensure contractual obligations and service standards are consistently achieved. * Drive performance, value and continuous improvement across FM service delivery. What we're looking for: * Strong Contracts Management experience within Total Facilities Management. * Previous experience within real estate, property or large estate environments. * Strong commercial and contractual knowledge. * Proven experience of mobilising FM contracts. * Experience managing and reporting against KPIs and SLAs. * Confident managing suppliers, contractors and key stakeholders. * Commercially minded with the ability to identify risks, challenge performance and drive value.
