Project Site Manager Modular Construction Location: Launceston, Cornwall Rate: £350 per day CIS Contract: Temporary 6 months Start: ASAP Main works commencing early November Project: Modular Construction Trevett Services are working with a leading national facilities management and engineering services provider to recruit an experienced Project Site Manager for a 6-month modular construction project based in Pennygillam, Cornwall. The project involves the installation of modular buildings onto existing foundations, including associated civils works. The successful candidate will initially be responsible for driving pre-start activities, coordinating contractors and ensuring the site is fully prepared for works commencing in early November. Key Responsibilities Lead pre-start activities, site mobilisation and contractor coordination. Manage day-to-day site activities throughout the project. Oversee modular contractors, subcontractors and associated civils works. Read and interpret project programmes, monitoring progress against key milestones.
