Trevett are pleased to be recruiting for a Contracts Manager to deliver the Hard FM Services to a Student Accommodation account with a world-class London University.
Salary guide: £65,000 to £70,000
Skills Required:
- Focal to ensuring assigned contracts are provided the existing/needed operational and technical standard of service delivery across all works on site.
- Ensure, with support from H's procedures, operational and financial processes, Client Contract KPI's and work instructions.
- Responsible for the management and reporting of budgets and their expenditure.
- Ensure all works/records/compliance data are kept up to date.
