A new Senior Project Manager role has arisen due to a promotion of the existing SPM into a Project Portfolio Lead in a burgeoning division which is extremely fast moving. After a solid year so far of 3 crucial client wins, this is a busy role mainly based, though hybrid, at a bustling internationally recognised site.
Managing a team of various project operatives who assist in implementing each concurrent project delivery. Experience of running M&E FM Projects which are mainly small scale FM projects from £50k to £200k on average is key to the ongoing success of this post.
Being able to manage each project from conception to completion is essential, along with the finances and all the variables that come along. Managing many stakeholders is also key to the continued success and prosperity of this role.
