Mechanical Supervisor Days £55,000 - £60,000 + excellent benefits! Based in Moorgate Trevett Services are working with one of the largest and fastest growing Facilities Management providers in the UK. My client is interested in speaking with technically sound mechanical supervisors to potentially join their team in Moorgate. The Role: As a Mechanical Supervisor, you will ensure onsite Quality Assurance procedures are adhered to in all respects and to maintain accurate records/documentation associated with the mechanical/HVAC aspects of the plant. Being client facing is a must for this role. You will supervise the team in all aspects of work, undertaking people management activities such as Safety Briefings, absence reporting, performance reviews, annual leave and timesheet approvals. You will be looking after a team of 10 – 15 people at any one time, with a day’s team and a shift team on site. Your hours of work will be 08:00 – 17:00, working from Mon-Fri. There is no call out.
