- Add commercial value through analysis of internal and external financial levers.
- Lead on key cross-department projects and act as interface between Sales, Mobilisation, Operations and the Business generally.
- Manage the estimating team to ensure that tenders are accurate.
- Offer support, guidance and mentoring to the Sales team where necessary.
- Manage the team’s workload to ensure sufficient time is allocated to produce accurate bids.
- Effectively manage the pipeline to identify and win new contracts whilst advising the Managing Director of whether the tender should be pursued or rejected.
- Review and write all PQQ submissions to the respective clients.
- Write clear, concise and articulate tender proposals and clarifications.
- Ensuring the completion of all relevant and associated bid documentation, including presentations.
- Liaise with the Managing Director to ensure any tenders are indicative of our business and the individual client’s needs and objectives.
