We are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Site Project Manager to support the delivery of a CAT A refurbishment project in Staines, including the installation of VRF air conditioning systems. This is an 8-12 week programme with day-to-day site attendance required, overseeing works through delivery and ensuring programme, quality and site standards are maintained throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management of site activities and subcontractors
- Overseeing CAT A refurbishment works and VRF AC installation package
- Managing programme, quality and health & safety on site
- Coordinating trades and ensuring works progress in line with programme
- Client and stakeholder liaison throughout delivery
- Managing site documentation, reporting and progress updates
- Ensuring works are delivered safely and to required standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering CAT A refurbishment projects
- Experience managing mechanical packages / HVAC / VRF installations preferred
- Strong subcontractor and programme management experience
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid required
- Able to manage live site activities and maintain project momentum
- Immediate availability for a mid-June start preferred
