Trevett Services are delighted to be partnering with a leading Tier 1 Contractor to source a Health & Safety Manager (M&E) in Oxford. This is an ongoing contract, initially for 3 days per week for the first month or two.

Working across a Critical Site, the Health & Safety Manager will be responsible for overseeing all H&S matters relating to M&E Temporary Works and Decommissioning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Health, Safety, and Quality systems and processes across the site
  • Ensure compliance with UK legislation and ISO standards
  • Carry out audits, inspections, risk assessments and incident investigations
  • Drive continuous improvement across H&S and wider compliance performance
  • Promote a strong safety culture across operational and office-based teams
About you:
  • Previous experience in a H&S / HSEQ Management role
  • NEBOSH General Certificate
  • Experience conducting audits, inspections and investigations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • NEBOSH Diploma, IOSH Membership are desirable
