Role: Maintenance Electrician Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday Hours: 8am – 5pm Salary: £39,900 per annum Type: Permanent Trevett Services are currently searching for a Maintenance Electrician (static site) for a Permanentrole based in the Oxford Area in a Research Facility. Duties: Confidently handle all PPM and Reactive Maintenance. Mechanical Maintenance across the site. Defect Investigation. Resolving Defects. Modifications and Installations of Mechanical Building Services/ Plant in Lab buildings and support areas. Technical Support for the mechanical teams and estate. Production of site surveys and plant schedules. Requirements: Mechanical Engineering (HVAC) qualification or equivalent. Experience with Installation, repair and maintenance of mechanical plan equipment. Health and Safety regulations knowledge. Flexible to participate in on call system.
