Based in Stratford, Trevett Services are working with one of the largest and fastest growing Facilities Management providers in the UK. My client is interested in speaking with technically sound electrical engineers to potentially join their team in Stratford, London.
The Role:
As an electrical engineer, you will be solely responsible for covering all M&E maintenance, both PPM and reactive across the building. Being client facing is a must as you will be working in a high-end corporate building.
Typical duties include:
- Fault-finding
- Small installations
- Control panels
- Power distribution
- Lamping
- Ballast changes
- Emergency lighting testing/maintenance
- AHU & FCU maintenance
You will be expected to log all works performed and will have to do Permits to Work (PTWs) and review RAMS from sub-contractors.
Your hours of work will be Mon-Fri 08:00 - 17:00. There is a call out rota that is TBC, but it will most likely be 1 in 4, with standby being £100 (minimum 4 hours).
