Trevett Services are working with a leading TFM Service Provider to source a number of Account Directors for key accounts across London and the Southeast. Currently operating across most sectors, my client is seeking self-starting and motivated Account Directors to provide leadership, management, and development of their allocated contracts, ensuring financial and operational commitments are met and exceeded.
Reporting to the Business Directors, the Account Directors will be responsible for ensuring that opportunities for the strategic development of the contract are maximised, to deliver increased turnover and profitability, ensure additional services and projects are added, and contracts are re-won on re-tender.
About you:
- You will have been at Account Director level within a TFM Service Provider.
- You will have managed a multi-million-pound P&L.
- You will have experience of either Local Authorities, Public Sector, or Commercial.
- You will have experience of managing teams of Contract/Account Managers.
- You will have experience of both Hard and Soft service contracts.
- My client is looking for well organised and self-starting Account Directors with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
