Project Manager Retail & Commercial FM Projects

Location: Liverpool
Salary: £65,000£70,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + 20% Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver M&E-led projects across retail and shopping centre environments
• Develop and grow your own project pipeline within the client portfolio
• Manage projects from initial opportunity and scoping through to completion
• Price works, manage budgets and control costs throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams
• Oversee programme, quality, health & safety and compliance
• Maintain strong client relationships and identify repeat work opportunities.

Ideal Experience

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within Facilities Management or Building Services
• Strong background in M&E projects, with some fabric experience beneficial
• Experience delivering projects in retail, commercial or similar live environments
• Commercially aware, with the ability to develop, price and secure project work
• Confident managing multiple projects concurrently
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
