We have an exciting opportunity for a Head ofPassive Fire to oversee and manage all Passive Fire works within a dedicated department. In this role, you will build and lead a high-performing team to support the department\’s growth. You\’ll work alongside Directors, contractors, and engineers to ensure the delivery of high-quality fire safety solutions across high-end interior fit-out projects. ?? What Youll Be Doing: Tender Management : Formulate tender documents for small works, liaising with clients to understand their requirements. Collaboration : Regularly meet with the estimating department to update on ongoing projects and receive larger work handovers. Team Leadership : Manage contractor selection, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff to create a cohesive and efficient team.
