Trevett Services are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a major programme of works within a large healthcare environment in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a significant programme involving the replacement of fire alarm panels and lighting systems within a live and operational facility.
You will be responsible for managing the project from planning through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with site teams, subcontractors, and key stakeholders, you will coordinate all aspects of project delivery, maintain programme milestones, manage project documentation and reporting, and ensure minimal disruption to the day-to-day operation of the healthcare environment.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience delivering electrical building services projects as a Project Manager.
- Strong background in electrical installations, fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, and lighting replacement projects.
- Experience managing projects within healthcare, hospital, or other live operational environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Electrically qualified.
- Strong understanding of health and safety compliance and project governance.
- Knowledge of current electrical regulations and fire alarm standards.
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications are desirable.
