Trevett Services are working with a market leader in the FM and building maintenance industry who are currently looking for a data centre shift manager to join their team managing a technical team of engineers across one of their critical data centre contracts. The engineer will join a business which are keen to elevate a data centre manager and assist them in their career. This business opens the chance for this individual to work on a technical contract and get a chance to increase their career. Responsibilities: – Managing and motivating a team off shift engineers across multiple disciplines. – Ensure that routine maintenance is carried out to all building plant, equipment and systems to meet and exceed expectations, and agreed service level agreements – Provide emergency response – Respond to work interruptions, outages or emergencies consistent within the SLA. – Support contract mobilisation including implementation of QHSE and risk management processes and procedures, development and testing of operational procedures and, onboarding and training of engineering staff.
