This is an opportunity to join a relatively new FM and Maintenance business and lead their growth as their Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and closing new business opportunities. As past of a larger group of companies, our client have already secured contracts, and are ready to now look at the market and build a pipeline of further opportunities. Their initial focus will be Hard Services mechanical and electrical maintenance as well as offering fabric maintenance . For an experienced Business Development Manager, who is well connected within the London and South East FM sector, this presents a real opportunity to build a successful business, with potential to earn very well, and in time, build a team around you. Responsibilities 1. Negotiate and successfully close sales opportunities to meet and exceed agreed sales targets within the target markets agreed by the Operations Director and Managing Director.
