Covering Bristol & Cardiff
Trevett Services are working with the UK’s largest engineering and services business, which has been in operation for over 100 years. Our client is looking to recruit a mobile electrical engineer to work on a mixed commercial contract across Bristol & Cardiff.
The Role:
As a mobile electrical engineer, you will be responsible for covering all electrical maintenance, both PPM and reactive across a mixed commercial portfolio. Being client facing is a must as you will be dealing with clients on a day-to-day basis. Typical duties include:
- Fault-finding
- Small installations
- Control panels
- Power distribution
- Lamping
- Ballast changes
- Emergency lighting testing/maintenance
- AHU & FCU maintenance
You will be expected to log all works performed and will have to do Permits to Work (PTWs) and review RAMS from sub-contractors.
Your hours of work will be Mon-Fri 08:00 - 16:30, with a 1 in 4 call out (standby is £120).

Qualifications & Experience:
Our client is looking for someone who has a level 3/apprenticeship equivalent in electrical engineering with the 18th edition. They also require someone to have at least 18 months experience within a similar role in Facilities Management.
