An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mobile Site Supervisor to join a leading facilities and engineering services provider supporting active MOD sites across Bovington and Poole. The successful candidate will supervise engineering teams and subcontractors, coordinate planned and reactive maintenance works, and act as a key point of contact between engineers, clients, and operational management.

  • Coordinate engineers and subcontractors carrying out PPM, reactive, remedial, and quoted works
  • Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures and permit-to-work systems
  • Review RAMS and oversee contractor activities on site
  • Support the management of engineering teams including daily coordination and performance monitoring
  • Assist with scheduling works alongside client response and PPM planning teams
  • Carry out regular site inspections and ensure accurate completion of service documentation and logbooks
  • Support small works and minor project delivery across the contract
  • Assist with escalation management and out-of-hours support when required

Previous experience in a Site Supervisor or Engineering Supervisor position is required, along with a strong understanding of building services maintenance and FM operations. Experience coordinating engineers and subcontractors across multiple sites, using CAFM systems and Microsoft Office, is essential. A full UK Driving Licence and electrical or mechanical qualifications are also necessary.
