Due to an increase in workload, they are looking to recruit a Working Foreman/Site Manager to run projects up to £1m. Ideally, candidates should have a background in carpentry or bricklaying and will be overseeing site activity while ensuring health and safety is adhered to, material coordination, trades supervision, etc.
Must have prior experience in a construction supervisory capacity and be happy being hands-on when required. Both freelance and permanent preferences will be considered.
