My client is interested in speaking with technically sound electrical engineers to potentially join their team in Latimer Road, West London.
The
Role: As an electrical engineer, you will be responsible for covering all M&E maintenance, both PPM and reactive across the building.
Being client facing is a must as you will be working in a high-end corporate building.
Typical duties include fault-finding, small installations, control panels, power distribution, lamping, ballast changes, emergency lighting testing/maintenance, AHU & FCU maintenance and much more.
Your hours of work will be Mon-Fri 08:00 17:00.
There is a call out rota that is TBC, but it will most likely be 1 in 4, with standby being £100 (minimum 4 hours).
