Interim Project Manager in Slough (Data Centre) paying Β£400 - Β£420 per day (outside IR35). Trevett Services are working with a leading contractor to source an Interim Project Manager for an 8 - 10 week contract.
Working within a high-profile Data Centre in Slough, the Project Manager will be responsible for a specific Door Replacement and Remedial Works project across the campus. Additionally, the Project Manager will manage and oversee two subcontractors responsible for steel door replacements and remedial works, as well as conducting daily commissioning calls with the end client.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with key stakeholders and the end client.
- Work with the Project Team & Sub-contractors to define and document scopes of work.
- Competitively price the works whilst returning expected profit margins.
- Review all project information and implement a project delivery phase plan.
- Engage with sub-contractors under the correct commercial terms.
- You will hold a valid Black or Gold CSCS Card.
- You will hold a valid SMSTS Card.
- You will have a valid First Aid certificate.
- You will have experience of steel doors and ideally fire alarms and electrical systems.
- You will have experience of commissioning works.
