Trevett Services are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Mobile Gas Engineer to join a leading facilities management provider, covering Manchester and the wider North West region.
This is a mobile role supporting a portfolio of retail, fast food, and commercial sites, delivering both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a range of building services systems.
The successful candidate will be Commercial Gas qualified and either have AC qualifications (FGAS) or be happy to go through training for this. Additional experience in AC or Electrical would be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance across multiple sites
- Service, fault find, and repair air conditioning systems (splits, VRV/VRF)
- Perform maintenance and compliance checks on commercial gas systems
- Undertake electrical maintenance, including fault finding and minor works
- Respond to breakdowns in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure all work is completed in line with SLA/KPI expectations
- Accurately complete job reports and documentation
- Liaise with clients and provide a high level of customer service
- Support compliance with health & safety regulations at all times
- Essential: ACS Gas Qualifications
- Level 3 Qualified
- F-Gas / Air Conditioning qualification (Desirable)
- Proven experience working within a mobile FM / building services role
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Desirable: Experience working within retail or fast food environments
